Company Description
Founded in November 1996,Rongxing Industry Co.,ltd( whose associated company in the name of Lianjiang Rongxing Mining Co.,ltd. is a sino- foreign joint venture) was originally a manufacturer of granite slabs and building materials.In May 1998, Guangzhou branch company was established to be engaged in domestic and foreign business. Since 1999, we have begun to exploit kaolin and manage Lianjiang Longtousha wharf by charter.Under the approval of the local government,Rongxing Industry Co.,ltd has requisitioned a mineral land of 2800 mu(about 187 hectares) and sets up refined dressing plants with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of refined kaolins. We are exploiting kaolin with advanced equipments (to produce high quality kaolin ), strong technology and convenient transportations(with less than 10 km away from National Highway 325 and 2 km away from its own wharf for 30,000-50,000 tons transport by lighter).For the purpose of faciliating finacing placement, Hongkong Rongxing Group Co.,ltd. was incorporated in Hongkong in January 2002 after sincere valuation and auditing work was done by Sallmanns(Far East) Limited so as to give great support to our kaolin and wharf projects developments.Currently, we have a managing faculty of more than 50 persons, among whom 5 persons are senior engineers, seven ones are engineers, and eight engineers are assistant engineers; 8 persons are categorized into accounting department, among whom 2 men are CPAs.Excellent in technology development and management, we are putting all efforts into the exploitation of kaolin project and enlargement of Lianjiang Longtousha wharf(the total investment amounts to US $ 200 million ) .We sincerelly hope that we would cooperate with friends from all walks of life for the bright prospect.
